“Lifetime Ten” Run

Lifetime Ten Run is the fastest 10 km run held on polish soil. The characteristic feature of the race is the track. It goes low on all the distance, starting from the Krynica’s Promenade and finishing in Muszyna’s Market Square. That’ why times recorded during the race are significantly better than in every other race on 10 km distance. Many of competitors breaks here their personal best result.

Additionally, the Polish Masters Championship classification (35 years old and more) will be introduced during the race.

When: Saturday, 6 September, 12:00 am,

Start: Krynica's Promenade 

Finish: Market Square in Muszyna (time limit: 1h30)

Distance: 10 km

Race will be held on provincial road between Krynica-Zdrój and Muszyna. Surface: 99% of asphalt, 1% of cobblestone.

Time zones: 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 minutes (no pacemakers)
